these guys are on the ball and do everything you expect and more.we have issues with the Polaris and heater, they handled both of them quickly. then we needed a new solar pool cover, they installed it quickly cutting it to conform to the pool shape. High marks from us!

I've been using Dixon Pool Service since 2005. They perform weekly service, maintain the pool and open & close for the season.The service they perform is outstanding. They are very responsive to any situation that might arise including last minute pool cleaning for my special events. We have sold our home and it is with regret that I will not be seeing them during the summer as I have for the past 17 years.I cannot say enough about Thom and Thom Jr. and their great staff.I HIGHLY recommend Dixon Pool Service.

He was able to install a new motor for our pool in record time and followed up with other services afterward with charging only for parts. For the last five years, we have hired Dixon Pool Services to do our opening and our closing, and the necessary repairs that have arisen in between. We are completely satisfied with their work. Dixon is a family company. Everyone I've ever met from their company is friendly and nice. They deal with our excitable dogs very well. They are highly competent, trustworthy, and honest. The folks from Dixon Pool do not want to sell you expensive thingamabobs for your pool, a stark contrast to most pool supply businesses. Dixon Pool Services is a reliable company.
